The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at the Nepean Sportsplex. All members in good standing are invited to attend.
- Where: the Richard Room. Use Entrance 4 at the back of the complex and go upstairs.
- When: 7:00–9:00 p.m. Check-in opens at 6:30 p.m.
