Q/ How far ahead can we book?
A/ Precisely 7 days - to the exact hour. At 8 a.m. you can book a court at 8 a.m. exactly one week in advance.
Q/ Why, on the booking spread sheet, is there sometimes a blank space on a court/time slot that has actually been booked?
A/ On some devices, when there is insufficient space for a name, the booking system (which we rent) does not truncate the name, it just presents a blank. If you are using a phone or tablet, rotating your device can sometimes provide enough additional space to display the name. On a desktop computer increasing the size of your browser window and/or reducing your zoom factor could provide enough additional space to display the name.
Q/ Can I bring a guest?
A/ Not at the outset but we hope to allow this as the season progresses. At that time, a member will need to sponsor a guest by registering them, ensuring they sign the Club waiver, and paying the applicable daily guest fee ($20 per day for an adult, $10 per day for a youth).
Q/ What level of player am I?
A/ It is very difficult to accurately assess your own playing level. Please refer to these guidelines from the IPTPA if you'd like to get an appreciation for the skills required at each level from 2.0 to 4.5, to see where you are and what to work on:

Q/ Besides regular programming, will the Club be offering any special events?
A/ We are planning, for the first time, to offer our members the chance to sign up for an on-site clinic from highly-respected outside coaches as well as one or two fun tournaments, which we have not been able to offer in the past couple years due to COVID restrictions. We also have a few social events planned, including a Canada Day celebration. Members will be provided with details well ahead of time.
