RETURNING MEMBERSRegistration Opens: April 1, 2025
Registration Closes: April 7 th , 2025, at 11:59pm Registration Instructions for returning members are available here as well as the Membership Agreement for 2025 and the Waiver for 2025. These forms will be presented to you to be signed electronically when you complete your registration. Full Payment is due at time of your registration. Members who would like a refund for their membership following the New Member Lottery, must make their request to [email protected] by midnight on April 10. Any requests made after this time will not be refunded. Once a refund has been processed, your membership at VPC is cancelled. Although you may apply as a new member in the following year(s), you will have no priority access to join VPC. This includes if your spouse/partner gets an invite in subsequent rounds of invitations. |
New MEMBERSThe intake for new member requests will be held from March 20th at 9:00 am to March 27th at 6:00pm . Please submit ONE request to join using the New Member Application Form.
Once the returning membership registration is complete, we will know how many positions will be available to new members. A lottery will be conducted to choose the new members. The lucky chosen will be notified and invited to register and pay for their membership within a limited timeframe. New member applicants are responsible for looking for the invitation email. VPC is not responsible for email notices that go to spam or junk folders. |

Member-sponsored guests will be welcome to play on a date TBD.

Prime time fees apply if the guests plays anytime between:

Attending a Valleystream Lesson / Clinic / Skills & Drills Session
Guests are welcome to attend all types of coaching sessions offered by the Valleystream coaching staff.
Registration information, including fees, is available on the LEARN page.
Guests may register for a lesson/ clinic/skills & drills without a member sponsor. The guest will only have access to the Club facilities during the lesson/clinic/skills & drills session.
Guests who attend a lesson/clinic/skills & drills session with a member sponsor may stay longer as long as the member sponsor is present. There may be an additional fee if play is during prime time hours.
Guests must review the Guest Policy and be:
- Sponsored by a member or by a coach (if attending a private lesson or clinic)
- Must sign a waiver once per year
- Must check in with the Court Monitor on each visit.

- 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- 9:00 a.m. to noon
