Guest Policy 2023
Member-Sponsored Guests – Drop-in Play or Member Bookings
Member Responsibilities
1. All guests must be sponsored by a member in good standing of Valleystream Pickleball Club. The
member must be present and responsible for ensuring their guest(s) abides by all the rules of the
Club. If the sponsoring member leaves the premises, the guest must leave as well.
2. A member may sponsor up to 3 guests per day. The fee per guest is $10 per visit and must be paid
by the member sponsoring the guest via credit card through CourtReserve. Instructions are
available on CourtReserve.
Guest Responsibilities
3. The guest must create a CourtReserve account and electronically sign the Guest Waiver available on
CourtReserve before playing. Instructions are available on Valleystream’s website at
https://www.vpcpickleball.com/registration--fees.html.
Restrictions
4. Each guest is limited to play 5 times for the season, with the following exception:
Afternoons (noon to 4 p.m.) - For July and August only, guests are welcome to play on
memberbooked courts, without counting towards a guest’s limit of 5 visits per season.
Guests attending Clinics or Skills and Drills sessions
Guest Responsibilities
5. The guest must create a CourtReserve account and electronically sign the Guest Waiver available on
CourtReserve before playing. Instructions are available on Valleystream’s website at
https://www.vpcpickleball.com/registration--fees.html .
6. The fee per guest is $10 per clinic/session over and above the cost of the clinic/session and must be
paid by the guest via credit card through CourtReserve at the time of registration for the
clinic/session.
7. Guests who register for clinics, or skills and drills, without a member sponsor, only have access to the Club facilities during the clinic/skills and drills session.
Violation of the Guest Policy
Violation of this policy (e.g., failure to register guests, failure of guest to sign the Waiver, failure to pay)
will be considered a serious infraction of Club rules and members may lose their membership rights in accordance with Club by-laws.
