Paul Leck (Coach)
Needing a new activity to keep active after retiring from teaching High School science for 32 years, I began playing pickleball in 2017. Apparently, once a teacher - always a teacher, and I found myself taking clinics and instructing skills at various levels as the Skills Coordinator with the OPA-APO and the Manotick Pickleball Club for the last 4 years. I've always had a passion for coaching and have coached youth and high school sports throughout my career. I have NCCP certification in pickleball, hockey and ringette. I believe that sport should be fun and you'll increase your enjoyment by improving your skills to the best of your ability. I focus on the fundamentals to progress you through each skill and how it fits into gameplay. I especially enjoy working with players new to the game who want to improve. I look forward to working with you on the court.
