Canadian National Pickleball League - Update
Our Head Coach, Matthew Kawamoto, is one of 32 pickleball players from across Canada drafted in the inaugural season of the Canadian National Pickleball League. The first event on the new circuit will be held July 29 and 30 in Guelph. Congratulations Matt, and good luck.

Canadian National Pickleball League
A new professional pickleball league is starting up in Canada. There will be 8 teams with 4 players per team, playing in 4 events over the course of the summer. Some potential players were pre-selected and others self-identified as being interested. These players were grouped into two pools, and participated in qualifying events - one in the East (at the RA Centre in Ottawa, June 2-4) and one in the west (Vernon, BC, June 16-18). From these qualifiers, 64 players from the east and 64 from the west will go into the draft, which will be held July 1. A number of VS members qualified in the eastern event. Good luck in the draft to:
